1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all rental contracts for the "suedhaus" holiday home concluded between LS Haus UG (limited liability) and guests. By booking, guests accept these GTC.
2. Conclusion of contract
2.1 The contract between LS Haus UG (limited liability) and the guest is concluded by the booking confirmation.
2.2 By booking, the guest declares that he is of legal age and is acting in his own name.
3. Payment
3.1 The total amount for the stay is due no later than 7 days before arrival.
3.2 If the booking is made less than 7 days before arrival, the total amount must be paid immediately after the booking confirmation.
4. Cancellation conditions
4.1 Cancellation of the booking is possible at any time. The following refund policies apply:
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- Between 30 and 4 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Less than 4 days before arrival: 30% refund.
4.2 Cancellations must be made in writing by email to hello (at) sued.haus.
5. House rules
5.1 Night-time quiet: There is a night-time quiet period from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
5.2 Pets: Bringing pets is not permitted.
5.3 Parties: Organising parties or other celebrations is prohibited.
5.4 Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the holiday home. Please use the designated smoking areas outside.
5.5 Waste disposal: Guests are asked to properly separate waste and dispose of it in the designated containers.
5.6 Duty of care: Guests are required to treat the furnishings and equipment of the holiday home with care and to close windows and doors when leaving the house.
5.7 Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of people allowed to stay in the holiday home must not be exceeded.
5.8 Parking: Vehicles may only be parked in designated parking spaces.
6. Liability
6.1 Guests are liable for all damage to the holiday home or its furnishings caused by them or their accompanying persons.
6.2 LS Haus UG (limited liability) is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
7. Data protection
LS Haus UG (limited liability) collects, processes, and uses guests' personal data exclusively within the framework of legal regulations. Data processing is carried out for the fulfillment of the contract and for customer communication.
Personal data such as name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the contract (e.g. processing payments).
Guests have the right to request information about the data stored about them at any time, as well as to have it corrected or deleted. Requests can be sent by email to hello (at) sued.haus. Further details can be found in the privacy policy on our website.
8. Final provisions
8.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
8.2 The place of jurisdiction shall, to the extent permitted by law, be the registered office of LS Haus UG (limited liability) in Kressbronn.

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts for the rental of the holiday home “suedhaus” between LS Haus UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and the guests. By booking, the guests accept these T&Cs.
2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The contract between LS Haus UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and the guest is concluded upon confirmation of the booking.
2.2 By making a booking, the guest declares that they are of legal age and acting on their own behalf.
3. Payment
3.1 The total amount for the stay is due no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
3.2 If the booking is made less than 7 days before arrival, the total amount is due immediately after booking confirmation.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellations can be made at any time. The following refund policies apply:
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- Between 30 and 4 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Less than 4 days before arrival: 30% refund.

5. House Rules
5.1 Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
5.2 Pets: Pets are not allowed.
5.3 Parties: Parties or other celebrations are not permitted.
5.4 Smoking: Smoking inside the holiday home is strictly prohibited. Please use the designated smoking areas outside.
5.5 Waste Disposal: Guests are requested to properly separate and dispose of waste in the designated containers.
5.6 Duty of Care: Guests are required to treat the property and its furnishings with care and ensure windows and doors are closed when leaving the property.
5.7 Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the holiday home must not be exceeded.
5.8 Parking: Vehicles may only be parked in the designated parking spaces.

6.1 Guests are liable for any damages caused to the holiday home or its furnishings by them or their companions.
